Due to June 4ths Volcano Puyehue's eruption, their home's ceiling caved in and tore the house apart. They were evacuated immediately into a public school. They waited approximately 3 months for the municipal to repair the damaged home.

  • June 4ths volcanic eruption harshy affected agriculture and stockbreeding. Many cows and sheep died and continue dying from lack of food, which is now burried. Also because ash interferes with their digestive system. Many farming families had to move their animals out of Villa La Angostura.
